The purpose of the Kimball Wellness Association Inc is to further access to doula care and educational resources by offering community-based doula care, lactation support, and reproductive healthcare, as well as a variety of doula-led groups and classes.

Baby-wearing Lending Library and Cloth Diaper Bank:
We offer 40+ carriers for families to try. If you love a carrier we will donate a used version of that carrier to you or provide you with a discount to order a new one for the lowest possible price!

Research shows that doula care leads to :

• Fewer cesarean births, fewer adverse maternal outcomes, and improved quality-adjusted life years (QALYs) in the woman's first and subsequent births.
• People are more likely to have spontaneous vaginal births and less likely to have any pain medication, epidurals, negative feelings about childbirth, vacuum or forceps-assisted births, and Cesareans. In addition, their labors were shorter by about 40 minutes and their babies were less likely to have low Apgar scores at birth.
• Lower rates of Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADS)
• Both mothers and babies are statistically more likely to have better outcomes!

​Doula Delivered:

​The goal of "Doula Delivered" is to make care as accessible as possible. Doula Delivered has successfully created a mobile clinic, offered midwifery and reproductive health scholarships, led new parent education, and created a free doula text hotline.
